1. About ASIACA

ASIACA is the business brand associated with Asiaca LLC in California, United States, and ASIACA, S.A. in Mexico. These Terms concern the use of asiaca.solutions and inquiries submitted through the website.

The entity responsible for providing services for a particular project will be identified in the applicable written proposal or service agreement.

Contact: asiaca.services@gmail.com

Correspondence address: Vicente Guerrero 111, Interior E, Colonia Independencia, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, C.P. 48327, Mexico.

[Confirm registered entity names and authorization to use this correspondence address for both entities.]

2. Website Information and Project Inquiries

The website provides general information about our sourcing and supply chain support. Submitting an inquiry does not place an order, establish a service agreement, or authorize ASIACA to incur costs on your behalf.

Project scope, fees, payment terms, deliverables, and responsibilities must be agreed upon separately in writing.

3. Scope of Services

Depending on the agreed scope, services may include supplier identification, supplier review, procurement support, sample coordination where applicable, inspection coordination, and logistics coordination.

For machinery or other products where samples are unavailable or impractical, the parties may agree on alternative evaluation methods, such as technical documentation reviews, demonstrations, factory visits, or independent inspections.

ASIACA’s role as an adviser, coordinator, purchasing agent, seller, or importer of record, if any, must be expressly established in the project agreement.

4. Estimates and Third Parties

Supplier pricing, availability, production schedules, freight costs, duties, and delivery estimates may change. Estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in the applicable agreement.

Supplier reviews, samples, and inspections have limitations and do not eliminate all commercial, quality, or delivery risks. The agreed scope will identify the checks to be performed and their limitations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities ASIACA has under an applicable agreement or law.

5. Client Information and Approvals

Please provide accurate project specifications and notify us of relevant changes. You must have permission to share any designs, documents, or other materials you provide.

Purchases, production commitments, and shipments requiring your approval will follow the authorization process established in the project agreement.

Responsibility for certifications, import requirements, customs clearance, insurance, and destination-country compliance must be allocated in that agreement.

6. Confidential Materials

Please contact us before submitting trade secrets, proprietary designs, or other highly confidential materials so that appropriate confidentiality arrangements can be established.

Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Website Content and Acceptable Use

Website content belonging to ASIACA or its licensors may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful material.

8. External Links

The website may link to independent websites. Their content, services, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Applicable Rights and Separate Agreements

These Terms do not replace a signed project agreement or exclude rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

Project-specific warranties, liability provisions, cancellation terms, governing law, and dispute procedures should be addressed in the applicable service agreement.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated effective date. Website updates do not automatically modify an existing signed agreement.
